I am a new user to Amazon S3 and FlowPlayer, but with my increased production in video lately, I had to look for other hosting sources. Here I am experimenting with the dimensions and how they will fit on my blog. I used GarageBand for the audio and background music, Keynote for the flash effects and graphic displays, and then screenflow which brings all these things together nicely.

This video has not been released yet, and is an introduction for a new video series I am working on currently.

Using the tools mentioned above, along with EasyVideoPlayer.com, my videos have improved quite abit over the years. That is certainly due in part to my own skills and experience and getting my new iMac last year, but the single most important software I purchased for the iMac was ScreenFlow. It is a movie editing software program for the Mac platform and is REALLY easy to use, and allows you to produce IMHO smoother movies with better transitions using an easy-to-use work space.

Keep in mind I have had Camtasia for years, and although it is good, I really feel ScreenFlow outperforms AND makes video production fun to do. I can't tell you how much that effect my personal production output, but it MUST be significant. So just for comparison, I am posting a video that was made with Camtasia and represented the vast type of video tutorials I was accustomed to before using ScreenFlow. It's not bad, and I was probably rather proud of it when I first posted it on youtube, but compare that to the type of videos I am doing now, well I just feel that ScreenFlow, more than any other program expanded my thinking. You be the judge:
