I pruchased this video marketing training product called Dominating Videos by Alex Gold and Mark Dulisse. It was a terrible experience and a lesson in how NOT to launch an online training product.

Inside the content area now is some WP training, which could be handy for absolute beginners. However this content looks re-worked from another course. There are also two other videos about WP plugins including a sitemap plugin for ... you guessed it... WP.

In addition there is a Youtube module covering the basics about using Youtube and creating squeeze pages using your Youtube video. There is NOTHING new in this content and nothing you couldn't find in a book - IF you didn't know it already. For absolute beginners however, some may find this useful.

Needless to say, my opinions on this course have not changed, and are even worse now due to updates in the members area basically bragging about how many memberships they have sold and all of the positive feedback they have received - of which NONE are visible in the membership area.

There is no support area to speak of, and I have not been in direct contact with Mark or Alex. Marks Paypal email address does not respond and his customer service phone number redirects to a a filled up mail box, so you cannot even leave a message.

To make matters worse, I have sent in multiple requests for a refund of my purchase which was made via Paypal, now over a week ago. I did receive a couple of emails saying Mark is looking into this, and then another one saying Mark has initiated a refund. I am not sure what that means but Paypal refunds usually get notice the same day. Hence, I feel I am being deceived in regards to this, or their customer support is so backed up they have no idea what is going on. Either way, not a product I would recommend to anyone in this forum.

****EDIT UPDATE*********: Dec 10th received my full refund, but only after initiating a complaint within Paypal. I felt this was necessary as my emails were going unanswered. Even after the refund, there was no explanation or email sent my way describing the delay or poor service. These two individuals are now untrustworthy to me.
